Thank you for taking the time to view my page.

It’s not unusual in life to find ourselves struggling with distress. This might be linked to particular stressors you are facing or painful life events. As a result, sometimes people feel disconnected, overwhelmed by emotions, caught up in unhelpful thoughts or behaviour patterns, or generally feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward. At times like these, therapy can help us to understand our experiences and find a way to move forward. Sometimes people also use therapy to gain better self-awareness and allow for personal growth.

About Me

I offer a down-to-earth approach and a safe space allowing us to work together to explore any difficulties you may be facing in order to find ways to make meaningful changes.

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist based in our South London branch. I have worked in psychological services for over 10 years supporting people with a range of psychological, emotional and relational issues. I currently specialise in working with adults experiencing difficulties due to anxiety, depression, and trauma within the NHS, alongside my work in private practice.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained in various evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also influenced by other approaches including Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, Systemic Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). As such, I am able to offer a personalised approach to therapy focused on meeting the specific needs and goals of each individual.
